Spring into wellness with Elev8 Lagree Fitness Studio
With just one machine, Lagree Fitness founder Sebastien Lagree created a method that quickly gained popularity among fitness enthusiasts and athletes around the world. Recently brought to the Philippines by partners Janie Hale and Maus Sabalvaro, Elev8 Studio aims to transform the minds and bodies of clients through their unique workouts.
The Megaformer is the only equipment in the revolutionary Elev8 Lagree Fitness Studio. This Hollywood-based, spring resistance trainer beautifully sculpts bodies while also improving dynamic fitness. It features a stationary platform with attached gliding carriages, as well as adjustable handles and straps. Each machine is fixed with eight springs, some for assistance and others offering resistance during exercise.
Lagree Fitness combines strength, endurance, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility, and core training in each of their 45-minute classes. The studio is all about slow and controlled movements, which are great for muscle gain and fat loss while breaking out in a satisfying sweat—each class can burn 500-800 calories. Additionally, its low-impact sequences ensure the safety of the spine, joints, and connective tissues.
The team promises visible results within a month of consistent and regular training. They recommend taking
at least 2-4 classes each week at the Elev8 Lagree Fitness Studio, located in Bonifacio Global City and Salcedo Village.
“At Elev8 we don’t encourage people to weigh themselves or place too much emphasis on physical appearance. Our main goal is to help people strengthen their bodies and minds and be the best version of themselves.”
