Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila unveils Scott’s, a fresh new dining experience that aims to connect people to dining with exciting new flavors using locally-sourced ingredients.
“We want to go beyond our customer experience,” shared Ascott BGC General Manager Sue Ponnudurai, “so they can experience new flavors with us.” The restaurant prides itself in offering casual all-day dining as a way to give guests memorable experiences at Scott’s.
Charming new additions have been placed on the menu with Filipino favorites Lechon Kawali and Beef Short Ribs Kare-kare making the cut, along with a few other choice dishes like the Keto Taco Salad, Salmon Poke Bowl, Prawn Laksa, Cast Iron Flank Steak and Ice Kecang.
“Globally influenced yet locally created,” as described by Executive Chef Johnny Rodriguez. He’s set to establish a culinary experience based on his own philosophy influenced by exposure to different cultures and countries. It’s a process that highlights quality and flavor, reflecting a love and respect for food. “We want to welcome guests as if they are at home with the food they deserve!”
Even more than just their food, Scott’s indulges guests within a contemporary setting. Located on the second floor, the restaurant creates a pocket of serenity within the confines of the lively spirit of BGC.
